Industrial hoses in Dubai: composite, suction, air and PVC hose

How to choose an industrial hose

Composite hose comes as an assembly from 1½" to 4", in lengths from 2 m to 30 m, with M/M, M/F or F/F camlock ends in aluminium or stainless steel, or with PN16, CL150 or CL300 flanged ends in mild steel or stainless steel. Rubber oil and water suction and discharge hoses run from 1" to 4" in 40 m lengths, rated 150 psi (10 bar) or 300 psi (20 bar).

PVC green suction hose (1" to 4"), braided and clear level hose (¼" to 1", 300 psi) and steel wire hose (½" to 4") come in 30 m lengths. PVC lay flat hose runs from 2" to 8" at 2 or 4 bar, and rubber air hose from ¼" to 2", both in 50 m or 100 m, and PU pneumatic hose from 6 mm to 12 mm in clear, orange, blue or black. We also cut hose to length and crimp hydraulic hose at the counter.

Suction hose keeps its shape under vacuum, so it suits pump inlets; lay flat hose is for discharge only. Always check that the hose suits the fluid you are moving.
