Hammer unions

C.S hammer unions from FIG 50 to FIG 1502, rated by cold working pressure (NSCWP): FIG 100 at 1000 PSI (2" to 8"), FIG 200, 206 and 211 at 2000 PSI, FIG 110 at 2500 PSI (2"), FIG 400 at 4000 PSI (2" to 4") or 2500 PSI (12"), FIG 602 at 6000 PSI (1" to 4"), FIG 1002 at 10000 PSI (1" to 4"), FIG 1003 at 10000 PSI (3" and 4") or 7500 PSI (5"), and FIG 1502 at 15000 PSI (1" to 5"). FIG 50 runs from 1" to 4".

Most figures come butt-weld or threaded; FIG 200 also comes socket-weld. The FIG 207 blanking union, 2" to 8", fits FIG 200 and 206, and there is a FIG 206 hose hammer union coupling in 3" and 4". Order by figure number and size, never by size alone.

High pressure valves

• SS ball valve 3PC, 1000 to 3000 PSI, BSP, NPT or SW, ½" to 4".
• MS ball valve 1PC, 1000 to 3000 PSI or Class 800, NPT or BSPT, ½" to 2", MS ball valve 2PC, 1000 to 3000 PSI, BSP or NPT, ½" to 4", and forged CS A105 ball valve 3PC, 1000 to 3000 PSI or Class 800, BSP, NPT or SW, ½" to 4".
• S.S and C.S hydraulic high pressure ball valves, 6000 PSI, BSP or NPT, ¼" to 2".
• Forged steel A105 gate, globe and check valves, 800 WOG or 800#, SW or NPT, ½" to 2".
• C.S WCB gate, globe, check and ball valves, CL150 and CL300, flanged, up to 12" (gate valves up to 16").

Forged fittings

Forged C.S threaded fittings, CL1000 to CL6000, and forged C.S socket-weld fittings, 2000 to 6000 psi, ½" to 4". S.S forged threaded fittings in 2000, 3000 and 6000 psi from ¼" to 2", including threadolets. C.S swage nipples, concentric and eccentric, to MSS SP-95 in BSP or NPT from ¾" × ½" to 8" × 6", and M.S long nipples in SCH40 to SCH160.

Instrumentation and gauges

S.S compression fittings with nut and ferrule for 6 to 12 mm tube, S.S needle valves from 1000 to 10000 PSI NPT, and liquid-filled S.S pressure gauges with ranges up to 15,000 PSI.

Flanges and gaskets

C.S A105 and SS A182 F304/304L and F316/316L weld neck (WNRF), slip-on, socket weld, blind and threaded flanges, PN16, CL150 to CL600 and 5K to 16K, ½" to 24". Spiral wound gaskets in SS304 or SS316 for PN16 and CL150 to CL600.

What to send for an oilfield quote

• Item and size.
• Class, pressure or figure number.
